Startup Valuation for Sale/Merger Glamourental

I'm seeking a Business Valuation Specialist with a robust understanding of the Market Approach to evaluate my startup. The primary purpose of this valuation is to prepare for a potential sale or merger.

Conduct a detailed analysis of my business's financials, assets, and liabilities
Perform market research to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends
Utilize various valuation methods (e.g., Discounted Cash Flow, Comparable Company Analysis, etc.) to determine the most accurate valuation
Prepare a professional valuation report with clear justifications and recommendations
Assist with identifying potential buyers and provide advisory support during negotiations, if needed
Requirements:

Proven experience in business valuations, particularly in the retail or e-commerce industry (preferably in the apparel sector)
Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and valuation models
Experience with business sales or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to provide guidance on preparing the business for sale to maximize value
