Startup Valuation & Investor Pitch
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
My goal is to secure angel investment, and to do that I need a clear picture of my company’s worth alongside a compelling story that proves the opportunity is real. The work revolves around three tightly-linked documents:
• Valuation report – a standalone study that determines the company’s value using recognised methods (DCF, comparables, or others you find suitable), with all workings clearly shown so the numbers can be verified quickly by potential investors.
• Feasibility report – built around market analysis, financial projections, and a frank risk assessment. Each section should flow logically into the next, demonstrating not only market potential but also the strategic and financial road map that underpins it.
• Investor pitch deck – a concise, visually engaging set of slides tailored to angel investors, drawing on insights from the two reports and highlighting traction, upside, and risk-mitigation in language seasoned angels expect.
All three pieces must align on the key metrics, assumptions, and narrative so that an investor can move from slides to detail without finding gaps. Source files (Excel or Sheets for the model, PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for the deck, and a PDF for each report) will complete the hand-off.
