Startup Business Strategy Consultant

I'm looking for an experienced consultant to help me validate my startup idea, I plan on starting an app that simplifies visa applications for the customers by making it simple to fill out the application form and then scheduling the visa appointment at embassies/vfs, once that is done. All the documents will be sent to the customer for their use during their appointment. I'm currently in the idea/concept stage and need guidance on business strategy.
