Start-up Investment Analysis Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need expertise in creating an investment analysis model geared towards start-up business investments. The model will specifically be used for evaluating enterprises in the body art industry, revolving around tattoos and piercings.
I have an existing model created by another free lancer that failed to provide a functional accurate model but the data can be used as a starting point. You’ll need to review the model and correct any errors. This model will have three versions based on starting capitol. One for 5 million, one for 900 thousand and one for 200. Thousand starting capitol. Each model needs to have accurate projected pnl , along with accurate projected costs and revenue projections based on the size and staffing requirements. I have two comparable business that I want used as supporting financial information to back up the models. Along with current market analysis and up to date real life marketing results sample to support projected percentage of the market needed for stable operation as well and projected ability to capture. Lastly I’ll need a pnl for my current operation and have that included in each model for supporting foundation of the sustainability of the operation.
The accuracy , functionality and user friendly read ability of this model is key and may need several edits to get just right.
