We are looking for a HR strategist who can assist with the following functions:
- Employee relations and performance management
Our organization has less than 10 employees, and we haven't had an existing HR system in place yet.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Knowledge of HR systems and software development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a small organization and understand its unique needs
The job will be a long term position.
