I am seeking an experienced professional to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for a solar energy project integrated with Green Hydrogen production, intended for submission in India. The report should be comprehensive and include all necessary components to ensure feasibility and compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a complete DPR for a Solar / Renewable Energy project with Green Hydrogen
- Conduct a technical analysis and feasibility study
- Provide detailed financial projections and cost estimates
- Include an environmental impact assessment
- Gather all necessary data and studies as I do not have existing information
