"R" Software Installation and Course Assistance

As someone who has just started diving into the world of marketing analysis, I've found myself at a juncture where I need to install and learn to use "R" software. However, I'm unsure of how to get it on my Windows computer. The successful applicant for this project will help me install this program and get it running smoothly, and ideally guide me through some preliminary usage. Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in software installation, specifically on Windows platform
- Experienced with "R" software: installing, troubleshooting and basic usage
- Excellent communication skills to guide a complete beginner through the process

- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring would be ideal, but not mandatory
