Small Business HR Development & Enhancement
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
As a small business in a growth phase, we're keen to identify a human resources expert who can help us streamline our training and performance evaluation processes. This hands-on project includes, but is not limited to:
- Employee Training and Development: We're endeavoring to advance our employees' skillset as well as improve our training methods that are currently in place. By doing so, we hope to reach higher efficiency levels in our operations. So, experience in optimising and delivering effective training modules would be advantageous.
- Performance Management and Evaluation: We need assistance in formulating effective evaluation strategies that would contribute to employee satisfaction and retention and can help us identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong background in human resources with a particular focus on the development and execution of employee training programs and performance evaluation strategies. Experience working with small businesses would be a plus. We are seeking an expert who can propose innovative solutions to enhance our workforce's effectiveness and support our business's habitually evolving requirements.
