On-Site Business/CRM Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365

I'm seeking a hands-on, on-site Business/CRM Analyst who specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM. The role involves working closely with all of Damati's Business Units - particularly Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing - to assess our needs, gather requirements, and oversee the implementation of our commercial applications and processes on the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and assess needs
- Oversee implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM with the help of our team
- Drive improvements in customer service processes and sales efficiency
- Ensure smooth sales and dispatch processes
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM
- Strong business analysis skills
- Excellent understanding of customer service, sales, and marketing processes
- Experience in training staff on CRM systems
- Ability to gather requirements from different teams and implement solutions effectively
