Singapore corp, form one for me.

I am looking for assistance forming a Partnership in Singapore. I have all the necessary ideas and resources but need help collecting the documents required for company registration. Additionally, I have specific requirements for setting up the partnership that I am knowledgeable about. If you have experience with forming a partnership, or are familiar with the Singapore company registration process and regulations, I would love to hear from you. i know it costs $15 to do a name check, then $300 to register. but what i need is someones' address, commercial would be easier.
