- Recruitment and Hiring: You should have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding entry-level employees.
- Payroll Management: Your role will include payroll processing for less than 10 employees. Proficiency in payroll systems and adherence to legal regulations is a must.
- Performance Management: You will be expected to set up a basic performance management system for the outsourced employees.
