Series A Fundraising Finance Model

Job ID: 40051578

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I need a robust, investor-ready financial model to back our upcoming Series A raise. The file must give a clear, month-by-month story of how revenue grows and where every dollar is spent, rolling up neatly into yearly summaries that speak the language of venture investors.

The priority is deep, defensible revenue projections paired with a granular expense build, tied together so burn rate and runway are obvious at a glance. If you already have a structure that also threads in a full cash-flow statement, we can discuss adding that later, but the initial brief focuses on revenue and cost lines.

Deliverables
• Dynamic Excel or Google Sheets workbook with labeled input cells
• Detailed revenue build: units, pricing, growth drivers, and assumptions in plain view
• Expense schedule split by headcount, marketing, operations, and any other major cost center
• Monthly and annual P&L summaries plus key Series A metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV)
• Scenario switch or sensitivity table for at least three growth cases
• One-page output summary formatted for easy copy-paste into a pitch-deck slide

Acceptance criteria: formulas flow end-to-end without hard-coded numbers in calculation cells, no circular references, and all totals reconcile across sheets.

Once delivered, I will review the logic and request minor tweaks if needed so the model feels like an extension of our own operating plan. Looking forward to collaborating on a clean, transparent tool that can stand up to investor scrutiny.
