Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 3 hours/day
Timings: 8 PM to 12 AM IST
Location: Remote via Zoom (Screen share and remote control required)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with strong experience in product development, agile practices, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely MVP delivery by acting as a bridge between product needs and the technical team. Candidates with experience in financial services or document/content-driven products are highly preferred.
As a part-time Product Analyst, you will work closely with a client who is new to their role and requires daily support. You will connect via Zoom (screen sharing required) and assist in backlog refinement, requirement documentation, product data analysis, and facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams.
We currently have 80+ professionals successfully working with us in similar part-time support roles.
Key Responsibilities...................................................................................
Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, QA, and product strategy teams.
Translate product designs and ideas into well-structured epics, features, and user stories.
Conduct customer interviews, focus groups, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Monitor and maintain a healthy product backlog aligned with product vision and goals.
Create clear documentation including charts, graphs, and dashboards to present findings.
Analyze product usage and performance, identify improvement opportunities.
Engage with vendors to understand product roadmaps and feature updates.
Support PI Planning sessions, articulate vision and roadmap.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality, feasibility, and timeliness of deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience..................................................................
Proven product analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and product initiatives.
Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with financial services or document/content management products is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Empathy for the customer and passion for solving their challenges.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or product analytics dashboards.
