Sales operations description
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help in defining the sales execution and operations stages for a new product within a business. This will primarily be based as a SaaS/PaaS service.
What I need is to have each "MVP" operation defined. So for example in the "Sales Execution" category, an MVP labeled as Proposal Generation & Tracking needs to have all the applicable deliverables outlined in order to set that up. And so on for the other modules.
Please see the attached docs for the examples. I have also included the template to be used to fill in the information.
