B2B SaaS Marketplace & Supply Chain Solution Architect Required

seeking an experienced Solution Architect, Product Strategist, or Digital Transformation Consultant to help define and validate a new B2B SaaS business concept before development begins.

This engagement is focused on transforming a high-potential business idea into a complete commercial, operational, and technical blueprint.

The selected expert will work directly with the founder to challenge assumptions, validate the business model, define the MVP, and design a scalable roadmap for future development.

This is NOT a software development project.

At this stage, I am looking for a strategic expert with hands-on experience designing, launching, or scaling B2B SaaS platforms, digital marketplaces, procurement solutions, supply chain platforms, ERP-connected systems, or multi-vendor ecosystems.
