SAP ERP Simulation Report

Job ID: 40003635

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have just completed an end-to-end simulation on the SAP training server at http://life.ucc.uwm.edu/erp. You will receive my login credentials together with the raw file exports generated during the run (MB52, MD04, COHV, VA05, VL06O and a few others). An example report from a previous participant is also included so you can see the style and level of depth I expect.

The goal is a polished, insight-driven report that tells the story of the entire SAP simulation, with particular emphasis on overall performance inside the system rather than any single silo. Wherever it adds value, please weave in observations that touch inventory, production and sales to show how the different modules interacted during the exercise.

Visual communication is essential. I would like bar charts, pie charts and line graphs incorporated directly into the narrative—no separate appendix—so the reader can move seamlessly between commentary and evidence. Feel free to choose the most appropriate chart type for each data slice as long as those three styles appear in the final document.

Deliverables
• A concise executive summary followed by a main body of analysis (Word or PDF)
• All visuals embedded and clearly labelled, with underlying data kept in an organised spreadsheet or workbook
• Section-by-section interpretation of the simulation results, referencing the source transaction codes (MB52, MD04, etc.) so readers can trace every figure back to SAP
• Action-oriented conclusions that highlight strengths, bottlenecks and next steps for improvement

I value clarity, clean formatting and a logical flow of ideas. If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know upfront so we can avoid rework later.
