The projects you’ll be advising on all exceed the USD 10 million mark, so I need someone comfortable dissecting complex portfolios, spotting hidden exposures, and translating regulatory expectations into clear, actionable steps.
Here’s what I expect from our collaboration:
• A thorough risk assessment covering credit, market, liquidity, and operational factors relevant to large-scale banking initiatives.
• A concise mitigation plan that ranks exposures by severity, maps them to capital requirements, and suggests cost-effective hedging or restructuring tactics.
• Practical implementation guidance—stress-testing models, scenario analysis templates, and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar) that senior stakeholders can use without a steep learning curve.
I’ll supply the raw financials, historical performance data, and any existing policy documentation. You’ll bring the analytical framework, industry benchmarks, and up-to-date knowledge of Basel III and other prevailing regulations.
