Redacted Digital Transformation Audit Report
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced digital-transformation auditor who can both assess our supply-chain workflows and share a previously delivered, fully redacted DT report so we can gauge the depth and structure of your approach.
Our immediate objective is business-process optimization: the supply-chain operation is riddled with inefficient, manual hand-offs that slow fulfilment and inflate costs. I need you to map the current state, spotlight the bottlenecks, and recommend a future-state design that removes waste while keeping practical constraints in mind.
The engagement will involve:
• A short discovery call to clarify scope and data availability.
• Remote analysis of existing SOPs, KPIs and system logs.
• A written audit report that mirrors the style of the sample you provide—executive summary, process-flow visualisations, gap analysis and a phased improvement roadmap.
