Need a Recruiter to hire a General Manager for my company for permanent role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Departmental Coordination:
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the company’s goals.
• Inter-Departmental Solutions: Identify operational bottlenecks and provide solutions to ensure each department functions optimally.
• Project Management: Oversee and lead various projects that require cross-departmental involvement, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
• Weekly Review Meetings: Organize and lead review meetings with department heads to monitor performance and set priorities.
2. Strategic Planning:
• Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to set and execute strategic plans that contribute to business growth.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the overall performance of the company, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Analyze department performance and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
3. Financial Oversight:
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Work closely with the Finance department to ensure departmental budgets are adhered to and the financial goals of the organization are met.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-control measures across departments to improve profitability while maintaining service and product quality.
• Financial Reporting: Review financial statements with the Finance team, assess financial performance, and suggest areas for improvement.
4. Sales & Marketing Oversight:
• Sales Growth Strategy: Work with the sales team to set sales targets, monitor sales performance, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales strategies and business goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure that the sales and customer service teams maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Purchase & Supply Chain Management:
• Vendor Management: Oversee purchasing activities, ensure timely procurement of materials, and manage vendor relationships.
• Inventory Control: Ensure inventory levels are maintained according to business needs and that there are no supply chain disruptions.
6. HR & People Management:
• Leadership & Team Building: Lead and inspire the department heads, ensuring that their teams are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Staff Development: Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, review team performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Compliance: Ensure that all departments adhere to industry regulations and internal company policies.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks (financial, operational, or reputational) and implement measures to mitigate them.
8. Reporting & Communication:
• Executive Reporting: Report directly to the Managing Director/Board on the overall performance of the departments and provide insights on operational improvements.
• Management Dashboards: Implement and manage performance dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

• Operational Excellence: Continuously assess processes across all departments and implement best practices to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
• Technology Integration: Lead initiatives for the adoption of new technology that enhances operational efficiency across departments.
