Project Description
We are planning a real-estate marketplace platform similar to MagicBricks, Bayut, or NoBroker, including a web portal, mobile apps, and an admin system.
We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst / Product Designer / Solution Architect who can deliver complete functional documentation along with Figma UI designs. The output should be clear, structured, and ready for development.
This project is focused on requirements documentation, process flows, and UI/UX design. Actual development is not part of this scope.
Only freelancers from India or Pakistan should apply.
Scope of Work
1. Functional Documentation
Create a detailed Functional Specification document covering:
Platform overview and scope
User roles and permissions:
Buyers
Agents
Builders or Developers
Admin
Module-wise functional requirements:
Authentication and onboarding
Agent qualification and approval
Property and project listings
Buyer requirement posting and matching
Agent hiring and commission workflow
Search, filters, and map view
Chat, notifications, and alerts
Reporting, moderation, and admin controls
Business rules, validations, and edge cases
Assumptions, dependencies, and open questions
Documentation should be detailed enough for developers and QA teams to implement without ambiguity.
2. Process Flow Diagrams
Create clear and well-structured flowcharts for major workflows, including:
User registration and verification
Agent qualification and approval
Buyer requirement posting and matching
Property listing creation and approval
Agent hiring and assignment
Communication and chat flow
Abuse reporting and moderation
Admin decision and review flows
Flows should clearly show:
Decision points
Success and failure paths
Admin involvement
System level interactions
3. Figma UI and UX Design
Design intuitive and clean UI screens in Figma for:
Web application
Mobile application (iOS and Android)
Design coverage should include:
Buyer, Agent, and Builder user journeys
Admin dashboard key screens
Core flows such as search, listing details, hiring agents, and chat
Consistent design system and components
Basic UX justification based on marketplace best practices
Clickable prototypes are preferred.
