Real Estate Financial Model
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Looking for a skilled consultant to help me develop a comprehensive financial model for a real estate project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate development, finance, funds, and investment. My objective is to create a template for real estate feasibility and a financial model for approximately 200 plots, each with its own development program and return ratio.
Furthermore, the analysis should include several scenarios and strategies for developing the plot as a single plot or as a group of plots in a fund structure.
Generally, the calculation structure methodology for this new model will be a combination of three spreadsheet examples in the link below, each of which has a particular feature that I would like to have all in one model:
File: 1- 240608 Development Program - AJ
Detailed information about the scope, the inputs to the development program, as well as hard and soft costs will be provided.
File: 2- S-Curve.xlsx
In this file, the only feature we need is the S-Curve calculation for the project cost found on sheet P&L.
File: 3- 240901- Plot - Financial Model
As I stated above, this is what I anticipate to have as the final model in combination with the features mentioned above. This model analyzes several projects based on their asset type. To achieve our objectives, I am looking to create a similar structure, however, changing it from asset to plot base.

In either case, it is entirely up to the consultant based on his experience with real estate financial models if he wishes to create a new model or enhance the shared files.
