Rapid Lean Six Sigma Analysis

I need a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to tackle four short case studies today. Each case centers on process improvement and efficiency optimization, and I’ve kept the scope intentionally light so it can be wrapped up within the next 3–4 hours.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Perform the data work in Excel, using standard templates of your choice—no custom formats required.
• For every case, pinpoint the critical metrics, run the core calculations (sigma level, defect rate, simple capability checks, etc.), and highlight quick-win recommendations.
• Package all findings into a single PowerPoint deck capped at six slides. The deck must feature clear process flows as well as Lean Six Sigma visuals—Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, or any other charts you find most persuasive—so the story reads at a glance.
• Deliver both files together: the working Excel workbook and the concise PowerPoint summary.
