Raise $40m Venture Funding India
Budget: $100,000 – $0 NZD
I run a profitable venture that has already proven itself in New Zealand and I’m now ready to replicate the model across India. To launch at full scale I need to raise roughly US $40 million in growth capital. Because I’m not based in India, I’m looking for a seasoned, India-based financial advisor who understands local regulations and can tap an active network of venture-capital firms, angel investors, strategic funds and—if viable—Government financing schemes.
Scope
• Analyse the project’s financials, refine the India-specific business plan and identify the most suitable capital stack.
• Open doors to VC firms, angel groups and relevant Government programmes, then guide negotiations through to closing.
• Coordinate due-diligence requirements and steer us to an executed term-sheet (or multiple term-sheets) that collectively cover the US $40 million target.
Payment
I operate strictly on a success-based model: once funding is secured and disbursed, you receive a 1 % fee. No retainers or upfront payments.
Acceptance Criteria
• Signed binding term-sheet(s) for at least US $40 million.
• Compliance with Indian regulatory norms for foreign-promoted ventures.
• Clear timeline and milestone report shared throughout the raise.
If you have a track record of closing sizeable deals in India and can leverage relationships across VC, angel and Government circles, I would like to work with you.
