QlickUp Senior Consultant for Multi-Project Coordination
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in need of a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in establishing multi-project work plans and capacity plans on ClickUp. The task involves exporting this information for comparative analysis against an external timesheet system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up comprehensive multi-project work plans and capacity plans on ClickUp.
- Export relevant data to spreadsheets for comparison to an external timesheet system.
- Generate high-level summary reports covering project progress, resource capacity, budget versus actual costs, and approved versus pending features/tasks with associated stage gate and effort costs.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expert level proficiency in ClickUp.
- Prior experience in setting up multi-project work plans and capacity plans.
- Strong skills in data analysis and report generation.
- Experience with budget tracking and resource capacity planning.
Please note, this role requires a consultant with a strategic mindset and the ability to provide insights from the data to help us gauge our progress against baseline timelines and efforts.
Note that we have already set up most of the projects, tasks rates but it feels disjointed.
