I am in need of a part-time virtual assistant, to assist me in research tasks related to the property and business sectors, mainly in Australia. Experience with business planning would also be ideal.
- Tasks will include Business Planning, Market Analysis, Competitor Research and Property Listings within the Australian property market.
- Specific property-related research tasks will include Property Prices, Rental Rates, and Property Trends.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in research methodologies, particularly within the property sector. A background in property research or real estate would be advantageous. The work will be on an 'as needed' basis, so flexibility is key.
