Project Manager Recruitment Specialist
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m looking for an experienced HR recruiter who can quickly identify, evaluate, and present a Project Manager who will fit our culture and growth plans. Our company’s work centers around project management itself, so I need someone capable of sourcing talent that understands both the discipline and the demands of coordinating diverse teams.
Key profile I’m hunting for:
• Proven leadership and team-management strength (this is non-negotiable).
• Excellent relationship-building abilities to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Solid budgeting and financial oversight skills.
• Confident risk-management and problem-solving mindset.
• A strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
What I expect from you:
1. Define the search strategy and agree on the ideal-candidate scorecard with me.
2. Source candidates through your network, job boards, and targeted outreach.
3. Pre-screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and validate references.
4. Deliver a concise shortlist with interview notes and your hiring recommendation.
5. Coordinate interview scheduling until we make an offer.
I’ll provide prompt feedback and access to any internal information you need, including org charts and current project details. If you’re ready to take full ownership of this mid-level talent search and can demonstrate similar successful placements, I’d love to hear how you would approach it and your estimated timeline for the first shortlist.
