Project Management Tool Documentation (It will be SAAS application)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing to build a new project-management tool and need a complete documentation bundle created before development begins.
Scope & deliverables
• Project Plan – timeline, milestones, risk matrix and high-level resource estimate for stakeholders.
• SRS & BRS – clear functional and business requirements, each traceable to features.
• Technical Specification – architecture overview, technology stack, API endpoints, data models and integration notes the development team can code against.
• Flow & Functional Diagrams – process flows, UML activity diagrams and ER diagrams that visualise data relationships.
• User Guide – step-by-step instructions, screenshots or mock-ups so end users can navigate core features confidently.
Key expectations
• All documents must be supplied as editable files.
• Tone and depth should match the audience: executive summaries for stakeholders, in-depth technical details for developers, and plain-language guidance for end users.
• I’ll share what we have in our mind; I expect at least three revision round after review.
• Diagrams can be produced in Visio, Draw.io or a similar tool but should be embedded in the Word files and also provided as separate originals.
If you have a strong background in technical writing, business analysis or software architecture and can turn ideas into clear, structured documents, I’d love to collaborate.
