Current Situation
Crow has a set of chargers already generating revenue.
They do not have visibility into all expenses tied to each location.
Their dashboards and reporting portals lack clarity on key metrics.
They don’t know if their charging sites are breaking even or operating at a loss — which is why they’ve brought me in to manage the network.
Our Plan
Establish a baseline for each location: revenue, utilization, and all associated expenses.
Build a profit & loss (P&L) view per site using data modeling.
Show revenue scenarios under different pricing structures.
Incorporate a $200/month management fee per site into the model.
Goal: Create a repeatable template where we can simply plug in raw data, “wash, rinse, repeat,” and instantly produce insights for each property.
