Product Business Model Coaching - 26/11/2025 18:33 EST
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m a university student determined to launch a real-world venture while still in school, and I’ve reached the point where I need rigorous help turning my idea into a solid product-based business model. My main priority is the Business Plan Development phase—specifically the Business Model Creation component—so I’m not looking for generic marketing advice right now; I need a clear framework that shows how this product can make money and scale.
Here’s what I’m hoping to achieve with you:
• An investor-ready business model section that slots straight into a full business plan (value proposition, key activities, revenue streams, cost structure, customer segments, channels, and partners).
• A simple financial logic tree that links unit economics to long-term profitability without going deep into formal projections yet.
• Practical next-step recommendations so I know exactly what research, validation, and resource gathering to tackle once the model is locked.
I’m comfortable using collaborative tools such as Google Docs, Miro, or Lean Canvas templates—whichever you prefer. If you have proven experience guiding early-stage founders through a product-centric model design, I’d love to work through two or three focused sessions and finish with a polished, share-ready deliverable I can circulate to mentors and potential seed investors.
