E-Procurement Specialist
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
The Government of Liberia is transitioning its public procurement sector from manual to electronic processing. To help facilitate this transition, we are seeking an e-procurement specialist.
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Creating a roll-out, adoption, and change management strategy.
• Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Leading e-GP implementation end-to-end, from initiation to closure.
Requirements:
• Experience in change management and e-procurement implementation.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and project risks effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
• Flexibility to work in Liberia during the contract period.
