Procedures for opening an LLC

The goal is a table of requirements (residency, capital, structure, etc.) and expenses (incorporation, taxes, minimum salary, etc.) for opening and running an LLC (and similar, depending on country) in the countries of NL, DE, CH, CZ, HU, BG, PH, TH, TW, as a non-resident. Please use google sheets.
