Prepare our startup a Pitch Deck and Investor Readiness

We are looking for a pitch deck expert who can create a presentation for presenting to our investors. Right candidate should have demonstrated skill in preparing Pitch Deck in the past with successful funding raised on their work.

Our product is ready for go to market. We have limited traction and business model is tested. What is required for this project:

1.Pitch Deck
2. Funding Requirement and deployment
3. Financial projections and valuation (Pre-Money and Post- Money)
4. Estimate TAM SAM

Detailed tasks

Preparation of a financial model based on VC/PE requirements/norms, 5-year projections.

Work in collaboration with the founder for feedback and in the financial model.

Feedback on pitch deck and preparation of pitch. Valuation analysis and comparative on the national and international landscape of similar industry models

Sharing due diligence questionnaires and other preparation for fundraising.

Having regular conversations with the founders to make sure the business is optimized for
fundraising
