Power BI Financial Report – Standard Visuals, Cumulative Quarterly Data
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI freelancer to create a financial report based on our sample data. Important: Only standard visuals should be used — no custom visuals.
Project Details:
• Budget: 600–1000 CHF
• Data Overview:
o 10 sample companies
o Only quarterly figures (cumulative) → Q2 includes Q1 + Q2
o High-level financial data (no individual transactions)
o Account structure & hierarchy already defined
o Forecast Data:
F0 data is recorded in Q1
Forecast 1 data is recorded in Q2
Forecast 2 data is recorded in Q3
• Deliverables:
o Interactive Power BI dashboard using standard visuals
o Clear visualization of quarterly trends & comparisons
o Overview of key metrics, trends, and insights
o Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss Statement (P&L)
o Well-structured and intuitive, making it easy to adapt to real data
o Short documentation on data integration & calculations
Freelancer Requirements:
✅ Strong experience in Power BI, especially financial reporting
✅ Understanding of cumulative quarterly figures & account structures
✅ Experience with hierarchical data in Power BI
✅ Ability to create clear and structured Balance Sheet & P&L reports
✅ Clean and well-structured implementation using standard visuals
? Bonus: Experience in financial reporting for international companies is a plus.
