Analyse market conditions and explore new industry sectors to grow the business
Work closely with internal sales team to develop strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability of the division
Keep abreast of market development and consumer preferences and provide feedback to Japan Headquarters for R&D purposes
Prepare and summarise regional performance monthly reports for reporting to local Management and Japan Headquarters
Monitor and manage divisional expenses against budget, making adjustment where necessary to meet changing business conditions
Disseminate information from Japan Headquarters to regional offices and ensure consistency in communication and execution
