Pharmacy business plan

I am seeking a freelancer to create a business plan for a new pharmacy. This business plan will be submitted to the wholesaler I hope to do business with to obtain all of my pharmacy products. I have never created a business plan. The plan should have demographic studies, competitor stats, marketing stats, strategic goals, income goals
