my name is Giuliano. I was born in Berlin, Germany where I lived almost 30 years until I recently decided to move to Tbilisi to live and work. I have a background in trading and previously built a business in Germany. My initial plan in Georgia was a Bitcoin mining project, but when I arrived a lot of different opportunities started coming up.
Job brief
I am looking for a responsible Personal Assistant in Tbilisi to provide personalized and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Organize and maintain notes
- Assist in everyday tasks (finding tailors, making appointments with doctors, translating etc.)
Requirements
- Work experience as a Personal Assistant
- English/Georgian language proficiency - Russian/German is a bonus
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Time and work flexibility
- Outgoing personality and social skills
- Ambitious and easygoing character
- Good work ethic
As my personal assistant you would help me with everyday tasks to assisting me actively with my business projects.
Some projects that you will be involved in would include:
- Mining Bitcoin with hydropower Energy
- Online casino
- Marketing agency
- Massage salons
Most of these projects are still in the early starting or planning phases and are not as complicated as they sound, so dont worry!
Working for me would give you the opportunity to be part of multiple, diverse projects and tasks. You would learn how to build teams, businesses, gain knowledge in different industries and even become manager of these projects in the future.
This job would start as part time and would transition into full time withtin the next 3 months.
Salary will raise with the progression of the projects and workload.
