Patronum. Private transaction structuring

I am seeking an experienced freelance consultant to support the structuring and operational setup of an Ireland-based private transaction practice. The role includes reviewing and identifying all required legal, compliance and operational documentation for launch, ensuring alignment with Irish jurisdiction and regulatory standards. The consultant should be familiar with Irish contract practices, AML conciderations, VAT implications and sole trader obligations. In addition, i am looking for strategic guidance on targeted outreach to suitable sellers and buyers within high-value private asset markets, with a focus on discreet positioning rather than mass marketing.
