In need of an experienced, strategic HR manager for less than 10 hours per week to assist with recruitment and selection, as well as strategic HR planning and implementation for our organization. We're specifically encountering challenges with the end-to-end processes of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection: Identify, attract, and select top talent suitable for our requirements.
- Strategic HR planning: Contribute to our long-term HR strategy to improve current processes, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding practices.
