An ideal candidate would have previous experience in health services management, possess strong leadership skills and have a good understanding of healthcare policies. Knowledge in handling administrative tasks would be a plus. A degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.

Although I'm open to opportunities from other industries if the role permits the application of my skills, my preference leans towards gaining and contributing more within the healthcare industry.
