Paragon Global-Scrum Master
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is looking to coordinate and coach our teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal, Business Intelligence and Technical and Admin. You’ll need to be able to coordinate people and projects with a mindset set on deliverables.
Responsibilities
Manage each project’s scope and timeline using Kanban
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups using SCRUM software
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration using effective communication channel
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or service providers)
Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk
Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies
Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations
Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology
Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile and consistently beat deadlines.
Manage a team of trainers, Quality Assurance Team, Recruiters etc
Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a scrum master role
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of Agile software
Excellent communication, leadership and persuasion skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in English Language (C2 level)
Degree in Finance or Legal or Sales, Marketing OR BI or Technical and Admin Field
