20-Page DECA Coffee Report
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a polished, 20-page Business Operations Research paper centred on Sutra, a small coffee shop that struggles with sluggish customer service because it is chronically understaffed. The document must be competition-ready for DECA, written and formatted to impress the judges. we did a survey and most people said that the drinks were really good, but that the service was slow and at the place was small. We want to impose the idea of online ordering through DoorDash and pick up orders and also having more staffing.
Core focus
• Analyse how limited staffing slows service and stunts growth.
• Present actionable marketing and operational fixes that feel realistic for a micro-scale café.
• Keep the narrative tight, data-driven, and judge-friendly—clarity and persuasion over fluff.
make it stand out and creative
Visual requirements
Please embed original, high-resolution infographics plus clear charts and graphs that illustrate: queue times, labour costs vs. sales, and projected impact of each proposed improvement. All visuals have to integrate seamlessly with the text (not appended at the end). Source files for graphics should be handed over as well.
Structure & formatting
Follow the standard DECA layout: title page, table of contents, executive summary, body (research, findings, recommendations), and bibliography. Target 12-point font, double-spaced, with logical section breaks so judges can skim quickly.
Deliverables
1. Editable 20-page report in Word and PDF.
2. Separate folder containing the raw infographic, chart, and graph files.
Acceptance criteria
– Every claim backed by a cited source or primary data.
– At least two unique infographics and two charts/graphs incorporated.
– Read-through shows no grammar or spelling errors.
– Final page count (excluding cover/TOC) lands at 20.
I’m on a tight timeline, so let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifying questions upfront.
