PESTEL and competitive analysis for a small canadian non-profit

I am looking for a freelancer who can conduct a PESTEL and competitive analysis for our small Canadian non-profit organization offering free quality music education to children from underserved communities. The main purpose of this analysis is to aid in our strategic planning process.

Specifically, we are most interested in examining the political, economic and legal factors that may impact our organization. By understanding these areas, we aim to identify opportunities and potential risks that may arise.

In terms of competition, we would like to focus on analyzing our local non-profit competitors. This analysis will help us gain insights into their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses, allowing us to better position ourselves in the market.

Competitors, as well as political, economic and legal factors has already been pinpointed, with most information being readily accessible. We are seeking someone capable of effectively presenting these findings in a visually appealing report.
