Recently conducted an Organizational Health Check Assessment (Survey) to measure and improve the Human Capital Investment in each Department and across the organization. The survey has a total of 37 questionnaires targeting 358 Employees (Responses Received 170).
The questionnaires contained 9 aspects as follow: Vision and Mission, Leadership, Information/ Communication, Motivation, Development & Growth, Tools & Systems, Employee Engagement, Workplace and Resources.
Requirements:
• Analysis the survey responses.
• Provide an executive summary.
• Provide a full assessment Report covering all area and recommendation for each department/ aspect and overall organization.
• Develop PowerPoint slides to summarize the report.
