Organizational Assessment Template Developer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a Business Analyst or skilled administrator to develop an organizational assessment template using both Excel and Visio/Graphics.
Requirements:
- Content will be provided, but I expect you to:
- Demonstrate innovation
- Offer recommendations
- Be proactive
- Must use Office 365 environment
- Available 1-2 times per month for short weekend projects
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Visio/Graphics
- Experience with GAP Analysis
- Familiarity with organizational models/frameworks (e.g., PESTLE, McKinsey 7S, Balanced Scorecard)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
