Oracle ERP SO Interface Requirements
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a consultant who can quickly dive in and capture the full set of business, functional, and technical requirements for a new Sales Order (SO) interface that will communicate with our ERP System—Oracle ERP Cloud.
Scope
• Engage finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to understand every data element that must flow into and out of Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Define source-to-target mappings, field validations, and exception handling rules that will keep the integration clean and audit-ready.
• Identify any gaps in our current Oracle ERP Cloud configuration that could block or slow the SO interface, then recommend remediation steps.
• Document interface triggers, frequency, security constraints, and performance expectations so development can start with zero ambiguity.
Deliverables (all in editable format)
1. Requirement Specification Document covering functional, non-functional, and regulatory needs
2. Data mapping matrix and sample payloads (JSON or XML as appropriate)
3. High-level integration flow diagram with swim-lanes for each system component
4. Open issues log and risk register with recommended mitigations
5. Sign-off checklist for stakeholders
Acceptance Criteria
• Each requirement is traceable back to a named stakeholder and business objective.
• Data mappings include field length, type, and transformation logic.
• No open critical issues at the time of sign-off.
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations is a must; familiarity with SO processes is strongly preferred. If you can bring best-practice templates or accelerators, note that in your proposal.
