Opinion survey

As an organization, we would like to commission a survey to collect data for market research. The survey will need to target our members specifically and will consist of less than 10 questions. We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating surveys that accurately measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback that will be used in our research.
