Operations Manager for Web-Based Business

I am seeking an Operations Manager to optimize business processes for my web-based venture. Your primary responsibility would revolve around enhancing the efficiency of our operations, with a specific focus on business operation, creation and set up of site and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full operations of the business
- Hire, Manage and improve team productivity
- Enhance communication and collaboration within the team & CEO
- Improve time management and quality of deliverables
- Plan, report, and set KPIs and targets for the team & the business
- Create and set up new sites

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an operations management role
- Exceptional team management and leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of customer support operations and financial reporting
- Proficient in planning, reporting, and setting KPIs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and quality control abilities

Please note: This role will start part time and become full time as business grows, you will eventually work into a role where you will oversee 3 team leaders and their staff. This is a large role and the successful person must have experience building and running a successful team.
