Open Portfolio Analyst (Data)

As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.
Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning.
Support liaison with local execution teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections.
Perform cashflow/investment analysis. Tracking of revenue pipeline and billing
Prepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist. Collation of market reports from local brokers as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Building, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
0 to 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
Strong financial, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
Team Player with a positive can-do attitude.
Relevant experience in consulting, research, transaction brokerage and/or account management or property industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
