I'm a SaaS founder working on a platform in the property management and affiliate space. I need a **detail-oriented assistant** to help me set up and maintain a structured knowledge base using **Obsidian** (markdown vault for internal notes) and **Google NotebookLM** (AI tool for document summarization).
You’ll help organize technical notes, dev logs, specs, PDFs, chat exports, and even some creative content. The goal is to create a searchable, maintainable knowledge center I can rely on as the platform grows.

* Set up and structure an **Obsidian Vault** with folders, tags, and backlinks
* Import and clean up notes from Slack, Loom, Trello, PDFs, Word files
* Create summaries and link related content
* Upload files into Google NotebookLM and test Q\&A functionality
* Maintain documentation hygiene: filenames, dates, themes, indexing

### **Ideal Skills:**
* Experience with Obsidian, Notion, Logseq, or markdown-based tools
* Strong English writing and summarization skills
* Familiar with Google Drive, Docs, and basic AI tools like ChatGPT
* Organized and tech-savvy, ideally with past work in documentation or knowledge management
* Bonus: Familiarity with QA logs, software dev notes, or SaaS product workflows

* 3+ NotebookLM notebooks populated and tested
* Master index file linking key sections
