OFSAA consultant to conduct interviews

I am seeking an OFSAA consultant to conduct interviews for a specific department in my organization. The desired outcome of the interviews is to assess the team for potential restructuring. I am looking for an intermediate level of expertise in the consultant.

Key requirements for the project include:
- Experience conducting interviews in a professional setting
- Knowledge of OFSAA and its implementation in organizations
- Ability to analyze interview data and provide recommendations for team restructuring, if necessary

10. PFT (Profitability and Funds Transfer Pricing)
